Been on the diet since end of october. I would never go vegetarian but then I havent now, I have just increased the amount of veggie meals. I got a bit stuck in a food rut before. This has helped me come out of that - and into a new one haha!

I've been on LE since Jan. We got pregnant in March so I was off the diet for 4-5 weeks then I had a miscarriage and went straight back on LE. 😊

I've decided to postpone my attempt until July for various personal reasons. Getting a positive OPK this morning and not having an attempt tonight is going to be hard, but I feel good about my decision! I've decided to be naughty on the diet this weekend but still stay within limits. I'm posting today as an example of a day full of "non LE" foods that are still within the limits for the diet. I do run 6-8 miles/day (60-90 minutes of hard cardio) so I've been eating in the 1500-1800 calorie range.
Lunch: Honey smoked salmon bagel sandwich from Einstein Brothers
Snack: frozen caramel blended drink from Einstein Brothers
Dinner: 2 slices of Hawaiian BBQ pizza from pizza hut, 2 Michelob Ultra beers
1680 calories, 45 grams of fat (24%), 51 grams of protein
Not much food quantity wise, but all incredibly tasty and naughty !DS1 (2012)
Due 7/13/2015 ! Swayed pink and I am blessed to bewith

MyByC, I am currently in the 2ww but not real optimistic that I'll get a BFP this month. Thanks for asking! 😊

I'm serving up an Indian feast tonight as we've got friends over for dinner but I've made the veggie curry using oil spray and girl friendly veggies (plus a few peas, which I know are quite high in protein) so I'm planning on enjoying a large plate of it with white rice, wine and half a plain naan bread, and all within the totals! The smell in the house is making me hungry!
