Hello ladies! After a few months of ttc, we decided to look into high-tech. During pretesting, we found out we have male factor infertility (insanely low numbers, plus bad motility). So I have been off the diet for about a month or so, we have both started to take supplements, and we have our consultation with Dr. Potter on Monday. I was floored when we got hubby's labs back.

The good news is, you can change that, or he can! The supplements do wonders and you also need to look at diet and lifestyle but the numbers can definitely change for the better!

Thanks for updating! You are not the first swayer who has been in that boat, we tweak and tweak the sway only to find out there was MFI involved even when they got pg easily before! I'm so glad you guys found out what was going on and wishing you the very best of luck with HT!!!

Thank you! Yes, we are putting him on a ton of supplements, hopefully it will help some. His numbers don't even break 1/4 of a million.
I think we'll bring it up some, but I don't know if we can get them into the "normal" range.
