No matter what anyone says on any Internet site, you need another scan. IMO, these images aren't clear and could go either way. My u/s was obvious with my son and with my daughters. Obviously, this one is not obvious. I can see how it could be both a boy and a girl. I do think I see cord in the top pic- the three lines floating up about the bump.

A lot depends on the u/s machine, your weight and how much water you have drank the week leading up to the scan as to clarity. Just go get another scan and let go of the debate. It's just not worth the drama.

Turtle said the scan pictures were too dark to see details, but said looked more boy than girl . The scanning company asked me to wait 2 weeks and they would have me back in but I think ill phone and ask to be seen this week . I know it was a different woman who done an early scan for me than my gender one , my early scans aren't the best of quality either but the scanning place is very popular in glasgow. Xx

Yikes me too!! They said they don't do potty shots. I got a free rescan a week after my initial one because i emailed them regarding not having a potty shot. Both my techs were sure I'm having a girl. The 2nd tech spent a bit more time showing me the clitoris and labia. Along with my harmony results I'm *just* about convinced I'm having a girl. Still a bit nervous about my 20 week scan tho good luck!! Xx

Small world hee hee aw I can't wait to go now after hearing you got same results but still not getting my hopes built up , I got those 2 potty shot but I never asked for them x my mother in law said the tech showed me all the lady parts too but to be honest I was that emotional the most I remember is her saying it's a girl lol when do you get your 20 week ? I'm not till 11th July xxx

What's a hArmony test and where can I get one lol xxx

Harmony is £650 blood test to check baby's dna for trisomy issues. Gender is a bonus of the test. I'm 38 & wanted to check health of the baby. But even after the blood test and one gender scan i still went back for them to double check lol. Very small world xx
