    COQ10 and Fish oil which is best?

    My husband currently takes Lisinopril for his blood pressure. He takes fish oil daily without any issues. However, for our boy sway, which is better COQ10 or fish oil? I take fish oil as well. He can only take one of them not both as it may lower his blood pressure too drastically. Thanks in advance.
