Hello everyone,
I started to take all my supplements this week. I was wondering, which pH level am I aiming for? I have only the paper pH tests, so I know only whole number readings. Right now, it looks like my CM is a 5. Which are the lowest levels of pH that are still reasonable without being so low to kill off all sperm?

Not many of us are worrying about ph anymore, as the stress of trying to track it sways blue. Ph is basically an idea from shettles, which had pretty much been debunked. I think you want a ph between 4 and 5, but ph is tricky in that it can shoot up rather quickly ( in a matter if hours) around O so your ph at other times in your cycle doesn't matter much. You can seriously drive yourself batty with ph, so don't obsess over it.

Thank you. The supplement taking isn't the biggest deal for me, so I don't think I'll stress over it. So is the LE diet the biggest thing to go for?

Me too. I do not care for pH anymore. It was very stressfull to measure (I was collecting with a cup and the measuring with a digital pH meter).
Yes, I think LE diet (and sports) is much more important!Sorry for my bad English! - I am from Austria!!
