At a family christening today and the buffet lunch was sandwiches, cold meats, pork pies, sausage rolls, cheese and crackers, deep fried chicken nuggets, samosas and veggie spring rolls, with mini eclairs, macarons and cupcakes to finish! Fortunately the platters all had salad on them for garnish so I gathered up as much of that as I could and ate some egg mayo sandwiches and a veg spring roll. So proud of my resolve today!For dinner I had some veggies on white rice and red wine. We'll see what the scales say tomorrow but I'm pleased.

weezie - your resolve is crazy good, especially for someone that doesn't even have AF yet!
I was very naughty over the bachelorette party weekend. I'm hoping getting 90% of your calories from alcohol lowers maternal condition and sways pink, because I certainly wasn't in the limits otherwise! Back on the diet today but haven't done my meal plan yet. Less than one month until my attempt, I'm getting nervous!DS1 (2012)

Today :
12:00 - 1 cucumber peeled, eggplant salad with onion + 2 slice of white bread, 1 homemade cake with vegetable top cream and fruits.
15:00 - eggplant with 2 slice of white bread and 1 Activia with fiber yogurt 0.1% fat
19.30 - vegetarien pizza (3 slice) + pepsi light....

Well after that weekend off with the south africans and all the meat (in excess of 100g fat and protein on friday, saturday and sunday!!) i thought I had better make an effort this week.....
yesterday:
520am coffee with whole milk
12.30pm - a jacket potato, mash direct cauliflower cheese gratin and a salad (leaves, roast vegetables, couple of artichokes, basil and a sprinkle of chilli)
4.00pm - waitrose organic wholemilk natural live bio yoghurt, a banana, some raspberries
8.00pm - roast butternut squash wedges, roast courgette, half a can of waitrose ratatouille, half a pack of garlic and corriander cous cous, half a pack of waitrose vegetable layer. An aspalls cider. A large handful of pretzels and some nutella.
approx 1900 cals, 54g fat, 45g protein

January 2014- Let's record what we are eating!
Today:
10am rice milk coffee and choc chip cookie
7pm we were at my Nan's and had take away so I had a chicken and bacon wrap and a handful (ok 2) of hot chips and gravy and then a Mars bar ice cream.
11:30 peppermint tea

Yesterday
10am - egg mayonnaise sandwich and black coffee as I was feeling dizzy and lost nearly a pound overnight
Lunch - couscous and roasted Mediterranean veggies, Fanta lemon and baked crisps
Dinner - sweet potato and green pepper curry with rice, half a plain naan and beer.
Today
Lunch - two Quorn savoury eggs, couscous and roasted mediterranean veggies with a slice of white bread and can of ginger beer.
Snack - sweets
Dinner - Tesco pizza with added veggies and pineapple and red wine.2009
