I ate totally normally on vacation (it was great!) And with my mom still visiting all I'm doing is skipping breakfast and eating small portions. I'm not watching fat or protein at all. She leaves next week and then I'll start again.

myByC - your fat per g is probably ver low but because your calories are very low your % will be higher if that makes sense. If you had eaten the same amount of fat and 1500 cals, your % would have been lower. You should try to eat more calories because that isnt enough and you might lose ovulation. If its just one day then its probably OK but I wouldnt advise so few calories daily, especially if you are also exercising.
mum i would be more concerned about lack of protein - 50g fat is finewow I never get below 50g lol
junie - sounds like a nice break and it sounds like you have done the right thing in terms of diet and what you can do when on holiday and have family visitors.

Salted carmel popcorn and a cupcake? YUM!!
I think my diet in general is halfway girl friendly as I love sweets and food with no nutritional value and often don't eat much, so I am not too worried about going off LE for a few weeks. I'm also one of those people who wants a baby more than I want a girl. I'm trying to really enjoy not thinking about it until next weekEnjoying life with my crazy little DS1 2010:and DS2 2012:

I am soooooo hungry this morning!!!! I'm trying so hard not to lose weight too fast but still stick to the LE principles. But I've now lost 11lbs since the beginning of April when I went veggie (started LE proper beg May). So I'm nervous about what to eat now.
Plan for today is:
Lunch - French bread with a mixed bean stew and baked crisps
Snack - G&T and cassava crisps
Dinner - Tesco bean, sweetcorn and red pepper burger with potato wedges and veg, and wine!
Should add up to:
1650 cals 26g fat 36g protein2009
2011
2013 (failed sway)

Today I did stepper - 50 min - 700 kac lost
Late breakfast 14:00 : salad with capsicum, beets, tomatoes, goat cheese, sweet corn + half cola (200 ml) + 1 slice of bread with vegetarien pate
Later will eat a filled eggplant with rice, mushrooms and capsicum + 1 cola (330ml) + 1 slice of watermelon
