Zyrtec works as well as Benadryl with no drowsiness, it's also effective for 24 hours unlike Benadryl.

You can use rephresh and sylk together. Rephresh is inserted to keep cm ph down, but sylk is a Lube. I just use a little to DTD since the diet and sups make you so dry down there.

You could also add a lube and or antihistamines

I think these have been reducing odds of conception too far for people and are not getting good results, so if you aren't alreayd using them, i'd skip it.

Thank You! I have gone through a lot of that index. It is just sooo much information it makes my head spin! Then I read on other threads of things changing and not getting good results it's really hard to keep track. I appreciate all the advice and all the hard work Atomic puts into this page.

I am going to add Sylk to my sway and would a beer every night help too? Or do I need to drink other alcohols or more of it. I am not a big drinker when I am home, I am more of a social drinker... although my DH loves his coors light every night! He is also on a big health kick and has been dieting for the last few months and has lost about 30lbs he has gotten really skinny! Does that sway at all??? Thanks again for the help and all the information this site has! Oh 1 more thing, I do do some weight training along with my cardio when I go to the gym, is that going to hurt my girl sway?

Yes I wish I could go thru and update everything on a regular basis but it is simply impossible to do that. I think it is better to change over time based on results, though, even if it does cause some initial confusion, rather than sticking wiht the same thing gain and again. Plus, this site is really meant more as a clearinghouse for how-to info and not "do swaying atomic's way or else" and so I prefer having the instructions on how to do lots of tactics safely even if they are tactics i'D rather not have people do. Otherwise people will just go to the other sites and do stuff that isn't safe.

Dh losing that amount of weight will prob. sway pink.

So i was sick for a few days and we haven't dtd for about 6 days and I thought for sure I had missed O but yesterday afternoon I started getting cramps and a pain in my left side. I am hoping this could mean I was O'ing. So we dtd last night. Hopefully I didn't miss it this month. What are your thoughts? It was cd 17 I think. But I just got off the mini pill about a little over a week ago. Do I have a chance?

Thanks. We will see if I was successful at ttc this month in a few days. I'm not thinking I am as it was my first month ttc but you never know. I'm just so nervous about getting my baby girl!
