I'm still here too - just still at the cottage and reliant on my mom's iPhone. I did a bit better today, but still finding it hard not to snack when the cottage is full of junk food.
Breakfast: coffee (I was up at 5:30 but managed to wait till 11:30 to eat)
Lunch: plain rice, non-fat yogurt, mini lemon cupcake
Snack: I gave in around 3:30 and had 4(!) sugar free cookies. I knew we'd be eating a late supper (7pm) and thought I might gnaw off a limb if I tried to wait till then.
Supper: I ate what everyone else was eating - penne arrabiata. Not too high in sodium since my brother made it from scratch. I must have eaten 3 portions, though.
Snack: grapes
We'll be driving all day tomorrow and eating lunch in a restaurant, so it may be yet another not so great day. The good news is I'm not stressing too much about these digressions.

Okay, girl swayers...I need to rant for a quick second as I'm having a tough time right now...
I've been in tears the past day. I've been really worried that my pregnancy will be like the others which was terrible and resulted in 15 - 20lbs weightloss in the first 16 wks. I don't have any weight to lose AT ALL this time around and not a lot of back-up nutrients in my body now either. If I don't get preg this next time, I'll really have to evaluate my sway b/c I want to ensure I've got a healthy kiddo. If I didn't have such bad pregnancies in the past, I wouldn't be worried at all. I know every pregnancy is different but my OB is ready and waiting w/my Zofran drip...
I'm soooo hoping next month is it for all of us shooting for Aug! I'm going to BD through O, maybe not have him so shallow a few times and use less RePhresh/Sylk. Rant over...Sending you all lots ofand

Hello everyone
I did pretty well yesterday.
No breakfast
Lunch ~ no salt Matzo and strawberry jam, skinless cumcumber and apples.
Snack ~ more matzo and jam... good thing I like that!
Dinner ~ Chicken, white rice and green beans
I tried Crystal light for the first time! I liked it! I have been cautious about drinking it because I am nursing. However we are now just twice a day.
So far today ~
A small glass of CL at its 11:30am... I am soooo hungry!
Out of the Blue ~ I wanted to send you (((HUGS)))!! I am feeling very similar to you. I have lost 5 pounds so far putting me at 110. I am not sure I can go another cycle if I do not conceive in August. I am going to be using refresh and bd'ing when I get my "peak" signal making my cut off close. I think that if I didn't conceive that my sway would not be as good as it is now.
Have a GREAT day everyone!!!

Thank you, Jane! You can have my blue dust too!
Hi indira! Where do you get sodium free dressing from? Thanks!
Today so far, been a bit off the rails...
No breakfast
10 am some of ds2's blueberry muffin(just a tiny bit!)
lunch mum's homemade lentil curry and rice - I had no idea how high in protein lentils are, never mind!!! Also lots of chilli, spices and garlic. Yogurt (needed this as curry so hot!!!) strawberries
Plan to have a low protein dinner, probably risotto with courgette
Ootb, big hugs to you!! I really feel for you, I have felt terrible since knowing I have to do another 5 weeks of this. I think all you can do is make sure you don't lose any more weight and try to maximise your chances of pregnancy whilst staying within the girl rules!!! I'm really keeping my fx for you, xxxxxxLast edited by swish; July 19th, 2011 at 01:29 PM.

Glad to see so many of you checking in
mocha - your diet looks amazing considering you're on holiday, I always pig out on holiday!
Good going Indira, OoTB and happyheart
Jane - thank you, you've come to the right place for blue dust. We have tonnes of it
Wow, whadda day! First my boss was made redundant and he phoned to tell us before the official announcement so we spent most of the day speculating what that would mean to us - luckily it doesn't actually mean anything to me except a new boss. Then I left work and collected the youngest 2 boys from their childminder and drove away to collect my eldest from school only to discover I had a completely flat tyre - no idea how that happened in the 5 minutes I was gone! There was lots of waiting around while it got fixed so I ended up taking the 3 boys to Costa for dinner! I've gone a little over on salt for the day but not at all bad considering and it was so tasty
Here's my day's food:
Lunch: 2 ww bread, mature cheddar cheese and cucumber. Jam tart. 2 boiled sweets
Dinner: Mozzarella and tomato panini, vegetable chips.
Snack: Tutti Fruttis.
Btw swish and anybody else in the UK - it seems like Waitrose have far less salt in their products! First the filled ravioli and then their cheddar cheese, which wasn't too bad at all2005
