MyBC - sorry to hear about that. I would keep taking the folic acid, it wont do you any harm. I cant comment on the asprin I would take atomic's advice on that and any other supps you are doing.
Re: diet - you can choose to either take a break from it or start again at a point you feel comfortable with before your sway. But it doesnt work the way you are worried about it. 8-12 weeks isnt a magic time to be on the diet (as in, 8-12 weeks on the diet is better than 16 weeks for example). Its just that in the stats 8-12 weeks looks best. This is because the longer you are on the diet, it is more difficult to stick to that and other sway factors. So I wouldnt look at the stats in terms of diet and say that 8-12 weeks is necessarily better than longer because there are so many other factors at play for those people. If I was you, I would either take a complete break from the diet and start up again, or I would try to be vegetarian as much as possible, I would try to go for 30% of cals from fat as much as possible, but I wouldnt be particularly strict and I woudl have lots of cheats so that you are still sending your body a message without going overboard or potentially being on the diet for a lot longer than you woudl like. if you are not using contraception and have an oops you will at least have something working in your favour.
Hope that makes sense and hope your DH feels better.

I find myself worried now quite a lot that I will have a repeat episode which is really annoying. I have a history of panic attacks (really long time ago) and there was a time when just the thought of having a panic attack would make me have one!! And now in the mornings I am worried that something is going to happen argh...
yesterday
520am - coffee with whole milk
830am - usual yoghurt with banana and strawberries, nescafe cafe menu latte (I had meetings between 9-12 and didnt want to risk having any issues so thought I had better eat even though I didnt really want to)
12.15pm - white baguette, 2 eggs with mayo, carton of new covent garden tomato and balsamic soup, salad i made (leaves, carrot and coriander mixed with half a teapoon sesame oil, plus roast leek, mushroom and babycorn)
4.30pm - my colleague made shortbread and cherry cookies, it would have been rude not to have one.
8.00pm - higgidy roast meditteranean veg tart, parmentier potatoes, roast leek, mushroom and babycorn
approx 2000 cals, 82g fat (oops) and 52g protein

I know how you feel steph about being worried about another shaky episode. I used to have panic attacks many years ago and the fear of it happening is horrible. Hopefully now that you've changed your meals around a bit, your body will cope a bit better and it won't happen again. xx

We're all doing really well!
Today was as follows:
Lunch - French bread sandwich (with a couple of thin slices of low fat cheddar, pickle and lettuce), baked crisps, salad and a Fanta.
Dinner - veggie curry (made with no fat and lots of frozen veggies) with rice, a chapati, mango chutney and a beer.
This left me under for everything so I concocted myself a dessert! Mini chocolate cheesecake - crushed two Nice biscuits with a couple of pieces of dark chocolate melted, mixed low fat cream cheese and yogurt with cocoa powder and a few chili flakes and put on top of the biscuit base. Yummy!!!
So totals are: 1850cals, 36g fat, 44g protein2009

Thank you girls(thank you to each one of you). You really help me a lot...
I feel terrible. I can definetly keep veggie but I was just thinking at the "no breakfast". I guess will be back at it and then just drop it again in September.
I dont want to start meet.. I feel much better. I'm afraid that if I start wont be able to drop it again.
Instead, will jump a little with my calories and only do 3x/week with my trainer at the gym(maybe some weights as well so I can drop them in September and go to cardio 5x/week).
The changes need to be present.
It's just that it was so easy for me to keep all healthy and sport every day during summer....when autumn comes it's horrible...
My hubby is fine...just that "the baby can wait" ...arghhhh...
Buuuut, I do hope, all of you will be pregnant with a pinky bump when I'll restart all this.My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍

Remember it's better for your body to interpret it as your normal lifestyle rather than "the great sway of 2014". Good luck - I hope to god I am pg then but I will be sticking around anyway. Things have got crazy busy at work and I have moved desks so I can't be on here so much now as my computer screen is visible to a lot of people!!
