    I think anything less than 45 min sways blue.. But I'm not totally sure. Once you hit the 45 min mark you start to burn fat & lose muscle mass? I think I'm close with the answer..

    I'm here for July! Hoping to add a little pink firecracker! Still waiting to O. I usually don't O till CD 18-21 which sucks. I'm on CD 13 today. FX for everyone!!

    I'll join too. Currently waiting on AF to show, we did gave an attempt last month so I could be pg but I am not testing until
    AF is late which will be Thursday.

    Yes after 45 mins, your body starts burning fat and it's own stores etc which sways pink.

    I am in my 2ww currently 3-4dpo but ff can't really make it's mind up which lol. Testing next week (unless my poas addiction takes over) x

    I think you should quit or keep the run at 35 min and walk it off till you reach 60! so you have a nice firm cooling down. (or ad a 10 min warming up and 15 min cooling down!)
