    Weight Fluctuations

My weight fluctuates every day from 1-3 pounds no matter what I do. I'm really nervous that I'll have a weight fluctuation that is higher when I O, thus swaying boy.

Overall I'm 10 pounds lighter from when I conceived DS1 and 15 pounds lighter than DS2. Most of that weight was lost over a year ago and has been maintained.

Last month I was down to 112, but now I've been closer to 113-114 most days.

Does anyone think that will hurt my sway? I have about 3-5 days to really crash diet if I needed to before O which would usually go against my principles but I'm willing to do it if need be.

Any advice or experiences! Thank you!!

I think everybodys weight fluctuates throughout the day, even by as much as 5 pounds! If ur not already its best to weigh urself in the morning before eating or drinking to get an accurate weight

Thanks for responding! I weigh myself every morning before I eat or drink anything. I don't wear any clothes while I weigh myself either so that is not a contributing factor.

I find that my weight fluctuates a lot depending on what I eat. When I am eating "clean" my weight doesn't fluctuate at all. When I eat wheat, corn, and dairy (for me) it will fluctuate quite a bit. It is all water retention and inflammation. Salt will cause water retention as well. Wouldn't worry about it too much. Remember what you are focusing on is overall decreased amounts to eat and decreased nutrition of the food you are eating. Don't freak out on the day to day weights just make sure you aren't over eating and gaining "real" weight.

My weight does this too! Some days I'm 8st3lbs and others it's nearer 8st 1lbs. Always weigh myself first thing with no clothes. Had thought it was sort of normal and partially blamed slightly inaccurate scales! I too have lost some weight since having ds1 nearly 2 years ago although most of it lost in the last 6 months. Good luck with your sway Hun, let's hope we get out girls 😀
