I am trying to decide what to do about this whole exercise thing. I really want to do the 60 x 6 because I never exercised with my boys, but I am finding it difficult for a few reasons.
First, I work full time, and taking college classes, on top of having 3 boys, and custody of my husbands little brother (10 years old) *TIME*
Second, I am still breastfeeding my youngest son *CALORIES*
Third, I am going to be taking clomid. *FERTILITY*
I am already limiting myself to around 1600 calories, and skipping breakfast. I don't want to lose my milk supply, and I really don't want to hinder my ovulation when I basically only have three good months on clomid to conceive in. I know that the clomid naturally sways girl, but I am also worried about relying solely on that. I have been on the LE diet for just under 2 weeks and have already lost 1.5 lbs. Our first attempt is looking like it will be about 6 weeks from now.
Ugh. I am just venting mostly. Trying to get my thoughts straight. Someone tell me to calm the heck down lol, or better yet... WWYD?

I swayed last year with Clomid & couch potato after eating too few calories for too long. I have ds3 snuggled up in my arms right now. Honestly if it were me, I'd be upping my cals to nearer 2000 & exercising. Your best bet though is to get a plan from Atomic who can take all of your individual needs & turn them into a manageable sway. GL

Thank you ladies. I think that's what I am going to do. It's already hard enough for us to conceive. I don't want to push it too much. Plus I don't want to start stressing about trying to find time to fit in an hour of Cardio every day and sabotage myself. I really appreciate the input!

im on clomid (1st month this cycle) and im doing couch potato style as my 3 boys wear me out enough im up at 5am every day, my 2yr old is a terrible sleeper and not in bed until my jobs are done at 10pm, im too tired to exercise. There's going to be stories of 'I did this and got a boy', it could happen to us but that's the risk of swaying. If you can't exercise don't fret about it. If you can afford a plan it may help take the stress out of it for you.

I've been on this forum for almost two years now & have seen the recommendations for swaying evolve. Exercise really is a great way of upping your chances and of course there will always be opposites. I didn't intend for my comment to be a 'I did this and got a boy' anecdote. Far too many people start with lower calories and it is essential when you are bf to eat between 1800-2000 cals a day. I've been there & done it and while I'll never regret ds3, I understand just how important it is to listen to Atomic's advice with regards to cal intake. If you're on Clomid you need to be getting pg asap as I'm sure you already know. By eating too few cals you risk losing your ov altogether & having to sway blue just to get pg. That's what happened to me on my first month of Clomid - I didn't ov at all. If you start out at a higher cal intake you can always reduce it slightly without harming your sway. I understand that exercise is tricky to fit in but could you manage something like a dance dvd & get the kids involved too? It only has to be strenuous for you & not a particular workout at the gym etc. As long as it is for 60 mins at a time, you could do 5-6 days a week. Hth
