Pregnant after still birth and desperate to know gender.

Evening all,
I have had a scan to day at 11+5 (although baby is big for dates).
We lost our precious baby son in October 2013, and I am desperate to know the gender of this baby so that I can mentally prepare. I am hoping I think that this baby is a girl, but if it is a boy, just need some time to get used to the idea.
Can any one help?

Before 12 weeks is very inaccurate for gender, and 13 weeks is best for a nub guess. Beautiful baby, though!

I am so sorry for your loss. New baby appears to be a boy (95% sure). I will keep you in my thoughts and hope this pregnancy ends with a healthy baby in your arms.

We will of course just be thrilled to have a baby safe in our arms, but having time to mentally prepare and bond feels really important to us.
