    Hi everyone! I'm new to this and I have started a new thread Dreamcloset's pink sway.
    I'm also starting to ttc pink and menu for yest is as follows:
    1230 - bowl of brown rice puffs with low fat milk, bowl of ice burg lettuce with
    raspberry vinaigrette, 1 cup pep tea and 1 white toast with nutella.
    630 - white rice with creamed leeks, clear veg soup with abit of seasoning and
    small red chilli.
    I amnit counting cals as I'm not sure how much is some of them.
    DS1 - 2010
    DS2 - 2012
    DS3 - due jul/aug 2015

    Weezie - good idea. I'm not positing in here much as finding it a bit of a challenge plus I've been a bit loose on the diet recently.

    11.00- coffee and 1 tesco waffle stack
    2.00- shop brought wrap with bbbq chicken and american slaw,can of john smiths
    5.00-coffee and 2 malted milk biscuits
    8.00-2 aunt bessie boat shaped yorkshires,2 qourn sausages,3 honey glazed parsnips,brussel sprouts and brocolli,diet coke

    cals- 1223 fat-38g protien- 42g

    i know everything was in my total but does anyone think my last meal wasnt LE friendly?

    thankyou. can i just ask if anyone knows if chcolate or cakes are ok every few days? as surely its classed as junk food which sways boy?

    junk food does not sway boy - chocolate cake is absolutely fine if it fits your totals

    Are hot dogs with tinned hot dog sausages classed as a really bad cheat as there are hardly any protein in this sausages.

    Just keep within your totals for the day and you can have anything! We had cauliflower cheese and chips tonight. Not a cheat in sight
