Oh and before I forget, thank you to everyone who responded. I really appreciate all the help and love you are showing me. I don't have friends because I've never really had a stable home long enough to make friends when growing up and now I'm not really social so all I have is Hubby but don't want to overwhelm him so this is so wonderful for me.
THANK YOU!!!!![]()

First time and trying for a girl! Please help!
Getting light headed standing up could be a sign of low blood pressure. Are you ok walking? The cardio doesn't have to intense.

I'm sorry for all you had to experience in the past and still feeling the pain of it.
My thoughts are that you'd better consider high tech before swaying, since you are at risk for post partum depression. Wouldn't that be an option for you? I'm worried because i think the harder you sway, the more you want to be rewarded with you desired gender. An opposite, then, is very hard to handle. A few people i spoke to irl felt that way including me, i think, if i heared boy. Please look after yourself.
At least, as your diet is so complicated with your intolerances, buy a personalized plan.Mother of'08 and

oh sorry salmon once a week. Since eggs are a no-go then do salmon twice a week. Yes just use full fat yogurt. (i"m also lactose intolerant and can handle yogurt just fine)
The thing about "postpartum" is that some major hormonal stuff occurs when you ahve a baby. For most of us it actually makes it EASIER to fall in love with our baby and even if you were in the small group that do have some pp issues, they do have medication that can help. It is NOT caused by gender disappointment - sometimes when people have PP depression, their gender disappointment gets wrapped up in those emotions but the vast majority of us have no problem bonding with our babies.
You would have to make a decision about whether to find out gender during pregnancy. You would then have many months in which to make the adjustment and get used to the idea.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yes I'm ok walking as long as it's not fast and not for too long. Thanks for the abbreviation list!
High tech options are out of the question, and can't afford a diet plan. We're not rich, we are the opposite of rich.
As for the salmon twice a week, would those omega3 fish oil pills work the same way? How many should I take? I can still eat salmon, I was just asking because we have some Omega3 pills in the house.

I definitly plan on finding out the gender during pregnancy and I heard of a new test that allows you to know within the first 9 weeks so I'll do that. That way I can prepare myself either way and (hopefully not have to but if it happens) cope with any disappointments and come to acceptance.

I get the light headed and it goes black when i stand up and sometimes for no reason, went the drs and they did a tilt table test (strapped upright to a table for 45mins) and found iv got something called syncope. Might be worth a trip to the drs to rule anything out?

My husband just went out today and went shopping. He got me a bottle of 400mcg folic acid, so I'll have to just take 3 per day to equal out to 1200 you suggested. Plus, he got a big bag of wild caught salmon! That should allow me salmon twice a week for a few weeks.
He also got me some healthier snacks: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, nectarines, plums, apples, pomegranates, cucumbers, tomatoes, and yellow mini peppers. He also got rice pudding, raspberry chocolates, mint chocolates, cookies, chips and other "junk food" goodies for when I don't want the fruit and veggies!
He had a problem finding the FULL FAT yogurt. The only thing the Kroger's by our house seemed to have was no fat so he got me Chobani. So could you please give me a brand name to look for? And is full fat the same as yogurt made with whole milk? I found something called Stonyfield online and may look for it in the stores if you think that's a good idea. Also what's the difference between greek and regular? Which one would be better?

I have been eating Brown Cow yogurt...I love the maple flavor. I can only find it at the healthier food stores like Whole Foods.
