Hey ladies. I have a question (again!) months ago when I started my LE diet I got in my head I need more calcium so I started eating ice cream each night after tea. Then I read something the other day and now I'm afraid I've added a food to my sway which isn't girl friendly so for those in the know.... Is ice cream ok??its keeping within my daily calorie intake and low fat.

Welcome!! I'm reading the posts but no longer tracking calories so not posting much. I did however find a great lunch which I have been doing often which I actually genuinely enjoy. I turn the oven grill/fan combo on, put big black and green olives, Padrón peppers (the short Spanish green peppers which aren't very spicy), and low fat 9% feta in a little baking dish and bake it under the broiler for a few minutes. Then I either eat it alone or add it to salad. So yummy! And very easy to fit with LE as it is mainly veggies. I've only been doing about 2 meals a day and feel like my totals are fine so no need to track anymore at this point.

So I'm sitting here eating my dinner (in Aust) and gosh its a boring meal but I've come to crave it now. It's Rice with chicken stock instead of water (bit of flavouring) with melted cheese on top. I have the same thing for lunch but in a tortilla wrap instead. I really like it so I hope to god its LE friendly!!

Sounds quite nice actually!! Def LE friendly. I would personally add some veggies to it
