another rephresh question

I am planning on BD every 2nd day (although DH will release every day) through O. I was going to use rephresh the morning of every BD day and BD of a night. Is this to much? Or should I just stick with every 3rd day? DH ph being so high is freaking me out a bit hense why I was thinking having it right there the morning of our attempt might help more. WDYT??????

I think it depends on how much you're putting in - if just a half applicator perhaps every 2 days would be fine

It might be absolutely fine - if you're not too concerned about getting pregnant first attempt you could give it a go and use a bit less next time around if you don't have any luck. Somebody on the forum recently got pregnant around 9 hours after using a full applicator full!

I agree with the others - it's largely up to you what you want to do, if you are not in a huge hurry to get pg then you can use a bit more and closer to when you BD!!

The only consequence for using too much is that you don't get pg that month - no biggie, just go onto the next month!

I am going to DTD next week... using the TBM but adding a small (about pea size or less) amount of rephresh this time instead of lime.

perhaps how much you use should come down to how much CM you have - if you have hardly any CM you won't need as much RepHresh
