Heard a study on the radio this morning and I think it's time to give up the old school pH supps. I doubt they really work and it appears to me that aspirin is unsafe, perhaps not as unsafe as cranberry but still too unsafe for me to feel good about recommending it any more. Esp. since pH doesn't work anyway.

Yeah I didn't feel comfortable using them. I think it's a good idea.

I guess I'll be asking my doc about that gene test. I take aspirin for a blood clotting issue and have for years. But I agree on removing it from swaying. No need to mess around with stuff like that.

I used it for my sway back in 2011 but this time around I've been bruising like crazy so I'm totally fine leaving it out!

Interesting. So if we're already taking it as part of our sway and not pregnant currently, should we stop it cold turkey or gradually wean off it? I'm only on CD2 and take 1 baby aspirin three times a week (M/W/F).
Also, I thought it improves egg quality and implantation?Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

Okay, I am totally confused now..... so we were supposed to take aspirin 3-5 times a week to alter the pH.... but pH doesn't sway? Isn't that the whole point of the RepHresh and Sylk too?
So my question is this, should we stop taking aspirin cold turkey, or wean off of it?Mom to(2013)
Got pregnant swaying pink on our 3rd try.
Fingers crossed for aon June 14, 2015

Anyone who is already taking it, continue. I just don't want anyone to start it from here on in. I haven't lost anyone yet LOL but I just like to err on the side of caution.
ALWAYS wean off aspirin. My suspicion is that's ~probably~ why they are seeing this result...people on the aspirin who then stop it cold turkey, their blood starts clotting easier, and then there is a higher risk of heart attack (which I always knew was a risk hence why I have you guys wean off it and not use cranberry)!!!
