Dark chocolate is the best stay away from milk chocolate.

If you start with very small handfulls of snacks it will build up over the next few months. How much sugar are you getting a day? Try to spread your sugar out. Soda is great for this because you can have 4-6oz of soda every few hours, if you are able to handle a 12oz can every 2-3hrs then that will help.

Also if you are eating to much salt your body will react to eat and can either increase your thirst or increase your diagestion.
i agree, small handfuls a day. the 1st few nights i tried eating 'large' snacks before bedtim ei couldnt sleep all night had stom cramps..but after day 2 i was fine but i also adjust the amount (less) to what ic ould handle. i used to eat that amount of ice cream too but i was preg and/or breastfeeding. if i ate like that now, id be 700pounds. but would enjoy it!
    love your sig!!

originally I was going to start in Oct. too but now we will try in Sept.
1-because we hate doing this so long (started in end or Apr.)
2- who said we get a bfp first try right? I only want to try for 4-5 months top .If no pfp I stop in Jan. and try to bury the dream forever.
Other thing is I don't really like ice cream much...especially not at night lol.
    +1

But what if Im not hungry for a long time ? Like hours or so? The I don't have to eat ,my BS is ok or what? Just because most of the time Im not feeling hungry at all for a long time .I just eat something , because that's what we "suppose to do".
How often we have to eat even if we are not starting to feel hungry ? Or can we just wait till we do feel it?
    What do you do?
No, you still need to eat, I'm sorry! Even though hunger is a sign of low blood sugar, you can have low blood sugar without feeling hungry. Everyone should eat 3 meals and at least 2 snacks a day.

I totally agree with this! Thanks!!

When I am eating in my normal way, I have a period of time where I'm not hungry but I find myself thinking about food. If I don't eat at that point, I do start to get hungry, and then if I still don't eat I may end up with a blood sugar crash (this doesn't always happen, just sometimes...sometimes I just stay regularly hungry).

If it gets to the point where I have a blood sugar crash, it takes a really long time for me to feel normal again. Like, I have to eat quite a bit and then I feel jittery and weak for the better part of an hour until I feel better again.

For TTC a boy, you jsut don't want to get to that level very often. So eat early before you even think about getting hungry.
