Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Diet was totally different for me.... I eat classic blue diet normally with LOADS of protein.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

Didnt change diet much but he did eat more fish and chicken instead of red meat everyday!

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Followed LE diet:
Vegetarian
Low protein
Low calorie, low fat
No breakfast
No potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onions, bananas, tea
Limited dairy (much reduced from normal)
Drank several cups of coffee a day
Drank a couple of diet cokes a day
Had vodka and tonic everyday
Generally tried to eat unhealthier i.e. margerine instead of butter

154 bs - went down to 148 lbs

Stopped doing al exercise around 2 months before.... I had spent first 6 months of year weight training and had lost a lot of weight and gained a LOT of muscle. My aim was to go the couch potatoe route.

So different from when I conceived my 3 boys!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I had only been doing diet for 4 weeks and taking supplements for 2. The plan was to use this cycle as practice and have proper attempt the cycle after. However, O occured 8-10 early and so this was an ooopppss attempt! I am just worried we have not done anything for long enough for it to have an effect.... this is definitely my last baby :-(
