Morning girls....I've jumped over from another thread. It seems I am now TTC in August! Congratulation's to Kitkat .....and boysway it seems you are having problems right at the first hurdle. Fingers crossed Viagra works for you.
I am D14 today and had a positive OPK this morning so that sent us into panic as it wasn't expected for a few more days so ended up DTD this morning! Hoping that with the diet and changing all our circumstances this will turn into a big pink BFP! I didn't realise the ovulation date could change so much.... I conceived my twins on Day22!

boysway I hope that the viagra works for your dh. Maybe you can google ways to increase testosterone naturally. Maybe ask the doctor if there are natural supplements or herbs that your dh can take.

me+4 - exciting that you ovulated early this month, that's definitely a good sign for pink!

boysway - I don't know anything about what foods actually increase testosterone or how that works, but I figured I'd share my experience with my husband to see if it helps. My DH usually has a crazy high sex drive (gets very depressed if we don't DTD every day, sometimes 2x a day). He is extremely thin, 5% body fat (I've heard too much belly fat lowers testosterone?). Normally he eats red meat at least once a day, but usually 2x a day and then he eats eggs for breakfast with full fat cheese. He never eats fish, hardly ever eats chicken. A normal day for him would be a burger or ham sandwich for lunch and a steak and green beans for dinner. He went on LE with me for just 2 weeks (vegetarian, less food, no red meat, no eggs, etc) and his sex drive went to ZERO. He's not taking any supplements of anything, and still it's had a huge affect on him. He's been depressed and lethargic and sad. It's crazy how giving up red meat just for 2 weeks killed his sex drive completely. Anyways, no idea if it's just coincidence with my husband and the red meat or if there's something to it but I figured I'd share.

Well that's interesting bluebonnet! We have also cut out all meat on LE diet although it hasn't changed DH sex drive (TTC does that!) I will be ecstatic to see if it produces a girl after 4 boys!
I had my first positive opk yesterday confirmed by digital. I checked again this morning and my cheapy test was really strongly positive yet the digital said negative. Very frustrating!

Hi ladies! I have to admit that I am really frustrated with DH at the moment. He is a wonderful guy and a great dad but he is being so difficult about having a third. He has basically said that it isn't the third child but the first two years which he just finds really annoying. We've brainstormed ways to make those two years less stressful for him (nanny, less baby responsibilities during the week, etc) and then he says that would probably work but he would feel like a bad dad so just doesn't want to do it. With both of our children I remember it was the same battle and struggle months and months of discussions and finally he grudgingly gives in and of course now admits that I was right, having two is fantastic blah blah blah. I just am really struggling with having to put forth all this effort to convince him while also being on this diet!!! I mean I have to have been doing the diet and exercise for weeks so even though he is still negative about it I have to hope he comes around every day. I know I will be Oing in the next few days and I am SO SO hoping he is finally 100% on board. I would never want to force him into doing something which would make him unhappy but at the same time I know in the end he would be really happy about it. I hope this gets resolved soon as I will be so sad if we miss out on this cycle!

I hope everyone else is doing really well and sorry for that novel LOL (I just can not talk about this with anyone and have to let out some of this frustration!)

Thanks so much kitkat!! I've been very good about bringing it up in low key ways and then having weeks go by where I don't mention it at all. However I really did want to start this cycle so I'm pushing it a bit. I've also stopped taking the pill and he'll be using condoms until he decides otherwise. It is so nice to hear of someone else whose husband didn't just say where and when (how it seems to be for many of my friends) and now you've also got your BFP as well. How wonderful!!!

Bluebonnet, my husband is about 30kgs overweight I wish dh would do exercise. He had good intentions but always seems to find something to get distracted. The problem is he likes me to come along. I should be exercising as well but it's near impossible with doing all the nightshifts I do. His main problem would be his weight and what he eats on a work day. He will either buy, Maccas, subway and every now and then hungry Jack's. I've told him those places have healthy options. It's almost like he self sabotages his eating Thank you for telling me though, I appreciate it

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015. He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.

A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.
