Thinking the first picture might be showing a bit of a stacked nub? (or it could just be my eyes playing tricks on me ) I think that means possibly boy, but it is still WAY early to be sure. Hoping someone else will chime in

Thanks for all your guesses. It does look completely different from my son's nub pic at 12 weeks and his scan was earlier- it was sticking straight up at 90 degrees. Can't wait to find out for sure.
