He, he, I'm always switching off when dh lingersover my shoulder!!! Af has just finished for me, so I'm waiting to ovulate and really hoping it happens around cd 18 as it used to as I would be in 2 ww whilst on holiday, this will allow me to enjoy my holiday more, plus my mum will be there for the first 3 days so it will be very hard to be strict if I ovulate at that time, fx!!!! I really don't think you need to worry about trying lr before attempt, something is better than nothing! Dh says he does notice a difference, in that he doesn't want to jump me every day!!!! But he still did frequent release with no problem at all. He is however worried that it will permanently affect his sex drive and is not sure if he wants to continue taking it after this attempt, having said that he doesn't want us to sway at all if we're not successful this time. Btw I can't believe you are 6 weeks away, it seemed like ages when you started, you're bound to be feeling apprehensive.

zancal- Just a note on the LR...my DH is taking it (one pill a day) and there haven't been any problems yet, but when we were ttc out third (baby we lost) he took two a day and had a little trouble preforming. Nothing that stopped us from frequent BD but it took a bit longer than usual

So, on to diet! I did much better today but my protein is high. I shouldn't have eaten chicken for dinner, I think I might go veggie from here on out...

    8-coffee with skim milk
1130-pasta with butternut squash and goat cheese
    3-yoplait yogurt
6-chicken (not very much), sweet potatoes, and watermelon

    cal:880
    pro: 45.3
    fat: 18.6
    sod: 569.3 mg

I think I might have something else later just because my calories are so low, but maybe not...

Mocha- I went back and looked at my food yesterday and the goat cheese is def a factor in my sodium so I need to cut back a bit, but I also added the cake twice, so once I removed it I was back in the range for sodium..I am glad you mentioned the goat cheese though, I was going overboard.

    Angel Baby - Violet Ann

Hoping to add some pink to this house of blue...

    Here's today for me:

    7am: coffee
12pm: roasted veggie and goat cheese quesadilla on sodium-free corn tortillas (it wasn't very good - the taste of the corn tortilla didn't go with the goat cheese), Sour Patch Kids
5pm: rice pasta with zucchini and leaks and parmesan, cantaloupe, WW carrot creme cake
8:30pm: Smart Pop butter-flavoured microwave popcorn, peach, raspberries and blueberries with a bit of whipped cream

Help! I can't stop eating! I was way under budget for sodium today, hence the popcorn as a treat...but in retrospect I wish I'd had something yummier since I don't even really like popcorn.

Sorry mocha but I laughed at that - isn't it annoying to waste precious calories on something which isn't very nice anyway, I hate that!

PinkPaisley - thanks for the tip with the licorice root. I really don't want things taking longer than they should - if I'm going to have to DTD every day then I want it to be as short and sweet as possible I'll definitely just give him 1 pill a day. Glad to have that sorted in my mind. You definitely need more calories, you must be starving!

I don't think I've lost much weight this week. I'm ok with that because I'm part way through AF and hopefully I'll get a bigger loss next week to make up for it. I am slightly worried that I won't have lost as much as I really need to by next month though.

Last night I told myself that I should restrict myself to weekends on here now because it was always my plan to step back and concentrate on other things as I got close to my attempt - well it's 8.30am and here I am However, if I do manage to sort myself out and do that then I may disappear for a few days - just in case anybody wonders where I am!

Have a good day everyone - I'm off work this week and my mum is coming over and we're taking the boys fruit picking. She's also bringing blueberry muffins she's made, so I'm trying to find an average nutritional content because it would seem very odd (and rude!) if I refused!

Lol, Zani! I tried to do this but here I am at 8:50!! I am more chilled this time but at the same tine I'm feeling like there's no hope of a bfp and even less of a little girlie! My sister and I were chatting yesterday, she doesn't know I'm swaying and she said it would be very unlikely for me to get a girl after 2 boys (this is what she has) as it would be too coincidental to get the same thing and I tend to agree she wasn't being unkind, she doesn't even know how much I want a dd.

swish - that would not be too much of a coincidence at all! TONS of people have a girl after 2 boys, and you're doing tons to sway, which really weighs the odds in your favour! We have to all try to think positively. A year from now we'll all be holding our little pink bundles of joy, I'm sure of it!

You all are doing so well!! PinkPaisley, that cake you ate wasn’t terrible! You’re doing a great job!!! Just try to get at least 1200 cals in if you can!

Z – that’s totally what I was going to do. The week before O, I was going to not log on at all and just try to get my mind off of swaying and just go on "autopilot". I planned to probably not even log on much in the 2ww as I drove myself crazy last time. Do what you need to do!

I’m so sorry! It’s comments like that (especially the really innocent ones) that just gut me. You have every chance she had at having a girl and probably more since you’re actually swaying (and kicking butt!). XXX

For some reason, Swish, I had though you had already O’d and were a few days behind Mocha. Doh! I’m sending you lots of good vibes for this next attempt!

Where, oh, where is DM??? Are you on holiday, DM??? Thinking about you and missing you!

OK…Who are our ladies waiting to test? Mocha and Indira? Indira, I’m so excited for you!!! How many dpo were you when you saw the dip? If your temp is up, I say test away, sister! How many dpo are you, Mocha? I’m really hoping this is it for both of you. I can’t wait to get this WHOLE group over to the preg side!

Thanks for all the kind words regarding my surprise. My emotions have been a rollercoaster and now I’m starting to mellow out, thankfully. On the food front, I thought I’d be way more excited than I am. Food just seems like food and my stomach has shrunk. I am eating whatever/whenever I want but I’m honestly not even hungry and just want to eat salads and strawberries.
