Tm29- that's what I do..1x coffee in morning & a green tea with lemon slices in evening.

One of my fav snacks is cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes. 1/2 cup of cottage cheese has 12 g of protein!

The diet is going ok..I really hope I get a BFP next month because i don't like this constant full feeling. I get heartburn a LOT now.

    Hello Ladies,
Can I join you all. I am starting the whole ttc process again after taking a two month break. I was also wondering if any of you gals new what sweetners are safe to use during our ttc attempts. I was told about sweetners that can be safely used with a boy sway. I was told stevia is one. I know there is another natural sweetner called Organic blue agave nectar made by C&H which contains Organic Agave Nectar and is a natural sweetner and I was wondering if this is also safe to use. Fx to you all and our blue sways! 😊💜

Hi yogi&booboo - I asked atomic about this and she told me that stevia is thought to be ok, but there isn't enough research yet, so she advises not using it. I've been a big user of sweetener all my life and it's tough not having it, but I'm finding that eating higher fat ingredients gives food so much more flavour that it can be enough to sweeten things with 1/2 cup of blueberries. I use a tiny bit of maple syrup too, which is more nutritious and lower GI (better for blood sugar) than sugar. When I use full fat milk I find the lactose in milk is pretty sweet too.

Are you on the diet yet?

    Thank-you tm29!
I really appreciate your response. I am going to try the maple syrup for sure. I incorporate blueberries in my oatmeal every morning so I think I am slightly on track I know what you mean, its tough as well for me not to be able and add a little sweetness to everything

    Thank-you again!

How do you ladies eat so much without spending a fortune on food?? I find myself eating everything so fast and then having to go shopping again. We can afford to have another child but ive never eaten this much in my life, its really putting a dent in the budget. Any tips?

It puts a dent in my grocery budget as well, especially the cost of juices. I won't even go into the price of my supps.

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015. He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.

A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

Rubygem- oh I know!! We never ate meat much and we are almond milk drinkers so switching to buying whole fat milk and meat is hard. We also only eat organic...well ee try too when it's an option, so I spend a fortune. I really HOPE I get pregnant fast...

I attached a picture...I found this juice at Wal-Mart surprisingly. Organic & non GMO..in the boxed juices section. Only $3-4. Check your local Wal-Marts. I went to 2 different ones and found them at both.
