I attached a picture...I found this juice at Wal-Mart surprisingly. Organic & non GMO..in the boxed juices section. Only $3-4. Check your local Wal-Marts. I went to 2 different ones and found them at both.
Ill have to look for this. Thanks!!

Yes, us boy swayers have lots of stuff to do and it can get costly. I looked into Stevia and it's very alkalizing as where the other sweeteners are very acidic. Thank you for sharing Midwest!

You're right. I eat the LE diet normally and I can see that it would be harder to switch from eating HE to LE, especially if you're a big eater by nature.

Hey ladies, can you give me some red meat dinner ideas?? Id like to know what you cook for beef dinners at your house. My boyfriend LOVES beef but Im not used to cooking it at all, and he works during dinnertime at the moment so I have to do all the cooking. Any tips would be appreciated

I do lots of hamburger meat recipes, like chili, spaghetti, sloppy joes, meatballs, etc. I also did beef stew in the crock pot with steak strips. Sooo good.

Yes, I do lots of what Midwest does. I make hamburgers, spaghetti with ground beef, meatloaf, steaks, and beef roasts in the crockpot.

I made a really good and easy boy friendly side salad...kidney beans, chopped cucumbers, & diced tomatoes. ..sprinkle it with fresh lemon and add a splash of Italian dressing and salt it...sooo good. I made a huge container and grab a small bowl throughout the day.

Hey ladies just letting you know I will likely back off from this forum for a while. I may stalk a little bit but, who knows *shrugs*. I am having a very hard time with all things ttc and life in general and my depression is back. I will be seeing a psychologist as of this Wednesday. I won't be telling dh as he doesn't need to know. That will only make things worse for him as my moods and his problem are causing his depression to resurface and he gets it worse then I do. Thank you for all your support, I really value it xx :bighugs:

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015. He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.

A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.
