Feel my question is a bit odd.
We want to try baby boy next year. I have lots of fat around my tummy and no much muscle on my legs.
I heard muscle training sways boy, if I do regular gym now and getting muscles, what about when the time comes closer to ttc?i will be full of muscles and none fat left to be trained.

That's not how it works. Your fat doesn't turn into muscle. You make muscle from the nutrients in the foods you eat.
I think you should start working out now and add as much muscle as you can between now and then! You will probably add some fat too (and a little bit is ok and will help your blue sway)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
