    Vitex - High temps?

    I started vitex about 5 days ago. Every day my temps are getting higher and higher! Today it was 97.8, a typical post O temp for me. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I am taking 400mg in the morning and at night.

    It may take a few weeks to a month before your body gets used to the change... Mine did the same at first and then everything worked out by month 2.

    Thanks for that info purple!!! I am hoping others chime in with their experiences.

    The temps going up may be a good sign - more progesterone perhaps???
