if it helps i know a lot of girls mums whose idea of a healthy meal is vodka and a curry and would probably die if they heard the word exercise, my observations show that a lot of people who have different gender kiddies seem to have more than one baby daddy but that doesnt mean that we arent gonna get a girl by sticking with DH, tis weird stuff.

I always recommend anyone who got an opposite on crash and burn LE to try the alt diet if they sway again. That is a LOT more like you describe, "cleaner eating" with more fruit and veg and less grain foods
I'd still go easy in the meat dept. Some is ok, would not do Atkins diet if for no other reason than the safety factor.
Swaying is not, cannot, and will not ever be a guarantee of gender. Even with the absolutely best sway tactics available we get between 20-40% opposites. So it's not a matter of being a "unicorn" and you're the one person who is immune to swaying, it's just that you either had bad luck or that your body is just good at shaking off sway tactics or a little of both.!!! there is more than one path to getting a DD. I made the diets because people requested that I do so, but never take that to mean that I think it's the ONLY way (or honestly, even the BEST way, to get a DD)
Some evidence (dating back to Old Charlie Darwin himself) indicates when the baby daddy is not consistently around, that means more girls conceived. I do know a girl from IG who has 5 girls and 4 or 5 baby daddies (and a very cool girl, don't get me wrong!! no judgement implied). But plenty of exceptions on that one.!!! With my second child I did the traditional gender dreaming sway with the low everything diet and I went the couch potato route and I still ended up having a boy. I know swaying isn't 100% so I'm not sure if I just had bad luck or if the diet and lack of exercise actually caused my testosterone to go up and sway boy.
While I've never been officially diagnosed with PCOS I do have PCOS tendencies so this time around I am trying atomic's PCOS diet. The sugar and white flour in the traditional low everything diet can cause insulin problems and high testosterone, swaying blue if you have PCOS.
So for my next sway I'm doing the PCOS diet getting my carbs mainly from brown rice whole-grain bread's and pastas and potatoes, eating lots of low nutrient vegetables cooked in vegetable oil or margarine and getting my protein from egg whites cheese and beans. I'm also doing intense cardio 60 minutes a day six and seven days a week.
There are also supplements that work well for PCOS pink swayers like vitex, cinnamon, and a little bit of magnesium.
We tend to think of vegetables and brown rice as being really healthy when in fact if you look it up and do the research there's way more nutrients vitamins and minerals in meats/chicken/fish and fruits and saturated fats then there are in those vegetables2010

Oh I know there is no guarantee! I have some some pretty good hardcore by the book sways get opposites and then laid back semi sways get their desired gender! I would be ok with another boy, so that is why I am thinking why not try something else. Because never in my life have I been a cleaner eater. Normally carbs and processed foods were my go to. Oh and eating out. I wouldn't eat a lot of chicken. But I think I need some protein in there especially if I am going to be working out so much. I don't want to get burnt out too fast and then likely cheat. I was thinking a little chicken, white rice, and steamed veggies. I would probably limit my fruit intake?? Also what are your thoughts on pre-workout drinks/thermogencis from AF to O. I am thinking about adding them as it will help me be able to get the workouts in that I need and they even curb appetites. I also was reading online that thermogenics can actually make your lose muscle mass.. which is good!

I think that anything that doesn't have added nutrients can be ok in a pink sway, but you have to be careful with most things designed for exercise and weight loss because they like to shove some vitamins in 'em to make them look healthy.
Personally, I'd have you continue with fruit to ensure you were getting some cals from somewhere.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Great thank you!! I will definitely look at the labels. The one I am looking at has vitamins B12 and B6... If I remember correctly someone added those vitamins to their sway and got a girl. It also has Niacin ( I'll have to look that one up). And of course caffeine.

People sometimes add vitamin B to their sways because it is thought to increase progesterone and we used to think that progesterone ways pink but there's not really any evidence to back up the progesterone swinging pink. We are sure that (through several studies) that nutrients dway blue so I'd be careful with the B vitamins.

I'd avoid any B vitamins. Also, if you can, it's better to exercise on an empty stomach as it burns more muscle. Of course, if you can't get through a workout without something beforehand, do what you need to do. I have found caffeine super helpful for energizing my workouts - it got me through them on days when I used to fast for extended periods.

See I am trying to see if the B vitamins in the thermogenic might outweigh everything else. I don't think I could do 60 minutes of running without that thermogenic because it will give me the extra push and energy I need. Plus it will curb my appetite so I will be likely to stay within my calorie intake. I only plan on taking Folic Acid nothing else. I took vitex and all the other "girl" sups with DS3 and I don't feel like they swayed much at all.
