Well I haven't done much research to be honest!! I've downloaded the my fitness pal app & am entering all my good into there & just skipping breakfast & no snacks! I've got almost 4kg's this week but I've got it to lose.
Same as you, nice knowing others in same boat at same time to share this experience with! I too will just copy the meal plan week in, week out. So much easier.
What other children do you have?? I've got 3 boys. A 4yo & 3yo twins.

It's $79 for the personal plan and I get it back to you in about a week. It does have slightly better results than the site as a whole.
