It looks like it is pointed up in the pic but that is only because the spine is too! Forked and parallel with spine= GIRL!

I'm useless at nubs (usually I can't even see them!) but I'm sure this is a good example of how the position of the spine can change how it looks - I can see that this nub is perfectly parallel to the bottom of the spine. Congratulations on your little girl
