It was a little weird being told I was expecting twins. The first time I went in at 6 wks due to spotting and they could only find one heartbeat and baby #2 was a week smaller. With the second twin pregnancy they were fine until about 10 wks and then one passed away. I had nose bleeds for the entire time with both of those pregnancies and the OB thought it was due to too much blood being produced for only one baby.....who knows.

I am 5 dpo.

I did 50 sqauts with my weights yesterday while my slave driver (DH) encouraged me. I could barely get down the stairs this morning. But he says it will get better. I am not really trying to loss weight....just tone down to fit in my pants better. I know that sounds crazy since I am trying to get pg, but I know want to be in maternity clothes from day1.

Begonia: Do you have nausea your entire pregnancy? or just 1st trimester? GL tomorrow.

See you guys Friday (we will be gone tomorrow)

iluv im really sorry you are facing bleeding problem , Do you know about Aabroo ?? she was our group member in TTC in start of this year , she also had bleeding in his early pregnancy and was on bed rest for almost 3 months, but she is now perfectly fine and is told BOY

6dpo today...very tired, headache, stuffy nose, dry mouth, very hungry, still loads of cm.

Oh and I just ate a banana....with pickles? What is up with that?! Lol

Iluv--so sorry about the spotting

but there is still an excellent chance that's perfectly normal and will pass. fx.

Lola--so cool about your husband's job! My mil is on the board for the International Ballet Competition that comes to Jackson, MS every four years so we always go see all the performances. I don't have much knowledge about it, mostly it's "oohh costumes pretty, jumps high" but it's fun times.

3Pink--I've been meaning to tell you I love your daughters' names! They're all very pretty and they go well together.

I had a dream last weekend I was having twins. Scared the crap out of me! All I would be able to think about is daycare bills, lol!

I've got to run but quick update, the Dr. said everything looked fine. The in office U/S showed 1 sac & my HCG levels from today came back and this was the email: "The HCG went from 340 about 6 days ago to 5259 today. This rise is consistent with a normal pregnancy for now."

The light spotting has subsided for now but I still feel off in my tummy. Hopefully all is well and I have another appt. on Tuesday (6 weeks and maybe a heartbeat can be seen). PHEW!!!! Thanks everyone and I'll keep praying all is well.

Hmmm, about your opks....they are only truly positive when the test line is easily darker than the control, although some ladies get one that looks identical to the control line. The day before mine turns truly positive, I get one like you describe where the test line is like a fade, with a dark strip and the rest is lighter. I definitely get fade-ins for a few days. I've done enough of them now to know my fade-in pattern to a T, and I only use internet cheapie opks from earlypregnancytest.com. (Although I only use FRER hpts.) Hopefully that digi will help you nail it down. I hope that answers your question!

Thanks, Lola! Like you said, I just have to trust the digitals and not worry about the rest. I guess I'm just curious why in the world mine are positive when they're so light. Oh well, probably doesn't matter.

And Lola, you are only about 3 days from ttc! So excited for you!!

iluv I just quickly logged to see any news from you. Your numbers sound very healthy, also great news that spotting has stopped. All the best for you iluv.

Alexis I was going to ask where you were good to hear those signs seem all like early pg symptoms to me.

I woke up at 5.30 am this morning and was feeling a bit sick. I just had my breakfast and it did not go down so easily, so I am hoping to test on tomorrow at 10 days. Eventhough I always thought I should wait till 14 days. Keep ur fx for me

Thanks everyone for the sweet wishes, I hope you all are right and this is a good month for not just myself. DH and I are excited, we had fun last night, and you all will get a kick out of this: he told me this morning he is going to eat a ton of healthy stuff this week because this is the week his "boys are performing on stage." LOL.....such a dork. (That's a work reference for him, for those who don't know I have the priviledge to have a giant man-child artist for a husband....he's a ballet dancer.)
