I have a random question - I sell wellness supplements and one of the company's products blocks the absorption of fats and carbs when taken before a meal.
I got to thinking... this would seem to sway pink based on AS's theories, right??
Am I on to something?

Depends what carbs, some help by raising glucose but quickly dropping it lower than it previously was. ( Why rice cakes make you extra hungry after you eat them) Aim for refined carbs if any and to absorb fat a good idea is to take a fiber supplement, ie chitosan or Metamucil

Would anyone know the correct dose be for Metamucil prior to each meal pls? The bottle states anywhere between 6 & 18 daily. I have been taking 2 prior to each meal. Just wondering if that is too less. Thx x

Yes, should sway pink (esp. the fat ones) but be careful a)that you don't go too overboard and end up reducing nutrients TOO far and b) that whatever it is, is safe to be taking prepregnancy.
