I went easy on the diet the last 5 weeks before getting BFP, so 3 weeks before we conceived.

Dh was on a break from LR after doing it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off since February (so Feb-July). He also took olive leaf extract daily.

Did you do anything with Ions?

Lavender body lotion, was wearing rose quartz Feb-June, stopped wearing in July/August, got nails done regularly

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I gave it 100% my best shot. By mid July my maternal condition had declined so much I was dizzy all the time, couldn't concentrate, constantly sick. Felt like I couldn't conceive going that hard so relaxed a bit, which is what I feel my body needed. I would be 100% happy with another boy so the outcome isn't relevant to me, but knowing I gave it my best means I will have no "what ifs" or regrets.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I was still spotting when I ovulated because of my adnomyosis, I think this increases ph. Also, got DH sperm analysis results and he has super sperm!!!

Things worth mentioning:

I was on a break from clomid - had done 3 clomid cycles with no luck
