We are ttc pink in October! I am still on the bcp for this month though. We have two beautiful boys 3 and 21 months. I have been a lurker on this site since the first of the year. Been doing a very loose le since then(proteins were too high to consider it true le and I love cereal!!). This last week I have been a strict le. 1600 cal, all my proteins and fats are now in range, no breakfast and I put away my insanity workouts and jumped on the elliptical instead. I am confused as to what supplements to take for me and my dh. I am already doing fiber and folic acid, don't know if I should add to that or not. Also, weaning off Wellbutrin..... Fingers crossed it doesn't suck too much....

Tarasue, have you bought a personalised plan for you and your DH? Atomic would be the person to help you with this. Things are different for each one of us.
My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍

Ya, I was planning on doing that, I didn't have the money, then time got away from me and now I feel it's almost too late to do a personalized plan.

Hey girls! I'm checking in after a two week break. I was kind of bummed after last month's BFN so decided to take a little break from the boards to quell my Martha madness during the first part of my cycle. I think I'm 1dpo as I had a bit of a temp rise this morning. Had our attempt 2 days ago on CD14. Had a +opk on CD14 and looks like I O'd on CD15 like most of my cycles. We'll see. Not feeling too optimistic at this point. Cycle #5 of TTC for me.
Boysway-- Glad you finally got an attempt in and are in the TWW! Sending you ALL my boy dust! Fingers crossed for you! When are you testing?Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015.
He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.
A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

Most of us take folic acid and baby aspirin.
I also drink peppermint tea from AF-O.
1 attempt at positive OPK.
I'm planning Clomid as well.
And of course cardio 5x/week - 60-90 min.
Again, my plan was personalised by Atomic.
Maybe you could ask her a few basic things taking in consideration your weight and other details. I'm sure she will help you.My family puzzle is complete now 💕
Thank you Atomic! 😍

Hi ladies, I had a m/c so unfortunately I'm back to TTC again! I'd like to catch the first egg this month, but I might be on this thread for awhile depending on how long things take. I'm back to LE diet today. It will be rough at first after being pregnant for awhile, but I want to give this my best effort!
