My diet has been very good! No breakfast since Feb! Lunchis usually 2 slices of low sodium toast and strawberries with a ton of equal. Dinner is usually calcium pasta with lil bit of unsalted butter and lil bit of parm. I do drink a ton of Walmart CL and caffiene free diet pepsi. I did have occasional chocolate here and there since my calories have been so low. I kinda did a combo of all the three girls diets and made my own. IG diet did not work for my last time so I wanted to change it up. I took vitex, saw palmetto, baby aspirin, and folic acid only. I know not the traditional girl sway supps but like I said, changing it up since it gave me my beautiful Noahbear last time! I did a store vineager douche and repreash every three days after af so it fell on a night before first attempt. Dh abstained for 14 days and was taking licorce root, cranberry and calcuim/mag. We dtd night of day 11, shallow missionary after DH took a hot shower. Did not check my ph right after, it ws 4.01 before but next morning when I checked it was only 4.5. So I was happy with that. Dh then released in the am and pm of Day 12 and Day 13. I ovulated in the late afternoon of Day 13. We got up at 430am this morning Day 14 and dh took a hot bath. My ph was 5.07 the highest it has been so I did a lil bit of aci-jel before and took 2 extra strength cranberry pills. Shallow release and I laid flat for like 5 minutes but then got up to do some thing. PH was 6.7 10 mins later, so I did alil more aci-jel and the 20 mins later it had gone back to 4.78 so I was happy with that! We shall see! I so hoped it worked, I tend to be fertile mertile but I did alot this time to hurt concieving so I don't know......now to the 2ww!
