I am going to try and get in asap so if anything is wrong ai can hopefully fix it soon! Sucks AF showed but I take it as a sign, I also found out I have to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed ughh!! But glad I will have it done soon before I hopefully concieve and cant haveit done for a very long time

I didn't get preggo the month I was "leaking" either. I have to say I certainly wasn't shocked to see AF arrive as my prolactin levels HAD to be off. I have been meat free for over a year but added fat through some cookies or chocolate after a meal. 4 wisdom teeth! Yikes! Yes-probably better to do that while not being preggo.

No meat for a year, way to go! That is what I am having a hard time with missing it a lot! I felt like I was going to have AF show but still hoping it wouldn't. The good thing is I will be on a mostly liquid diet for a few days after I have them removed so that will help pass more time of no meat! My dentist said I will be put to sleep for the removal mine are growing crooked, and 90% in my jaw bone ughh! But it will help the time pass til October

Were you breastfeeding your youngest before? And if so, how long since he weaned?
I've always been able to express a few drops of breast milk for at least 2 YEARS after my kids have weaned! But I heard it's just normal with some women. DS2 is 5 and weaned over 2 years ago and I can still squeeze out a drop or two easily.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)
Oct 2014
July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

For me, in terms of breastfeeding, it has been almost a year and a half since I nursed my LO. The strange part wasn't the milk necessarily, but the fact that I was leaking, on one side and it had never happened before. I hadn't seen milk since November 2012. It was weird enough for me to want to make sure my hormones weren't going crazy. I should also add that we've been under a lot of stress in the past year...so I was afraid of the combination of stress + diet. I never planned on being on the LE diet this long. We planned on attempting a LONG time ago (hence the meat free for a year), but life just didn't unfold like that for us.
Missxo- I wish you so much luck. I guess the brightside is the automatic LE diet ? :-)??? Get yourself some frozen peas/corn. Those bags are amazing for pain management and reducing swelling. Hang in there!!

I mostly eat rice/pasta with steamed veggies. Usually sprinkle with some cheese. Coffee and 2T of Fat free creamer for breakfast. Recently, I've added in a full egg on matzo or a few spoonfuls of full fat ice cream for fat and protein (as my cycles are getting longer and longer). Sometimes i have a cup of fat free yogurt. Sometimes some chocolate chips. I don't eat a ton of anything so I don't think small quantities of anything are bad. I mainly try to skip breakfast, not snack and not eat too late. There are certainly girls that are stricter than me, but I've been doing this too long and have lost 23 pounds (on a 5'1 frame) to cut out anymore.

Thats stricter than me, I am going to crunch down and get stricter. I lost about 12lbs since mid may, than I took a 3 day break and gained it all back i dont know how I gained that much I was eating more but nothing crazy. I called my doctors had to leave a message with a nurse, usually they call back with in 24hrs.
I do enjoy rice and pasta, both with veggies. I just get bored with it I guess.
Im 5'4 and about 30lbs heavier than id like to be, but I have had a hard time losing weight ehhh.
