If DH has slow sperm count

I am dealing with MF infertility issues, so would you still do a one shot deal when TTC Pink? With my DD we DTD the same days we did the IUI. With DS we only DTD once the night before I ovulated.

Also, if you use Clomid does this change anything?

    How low are we talking?

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

1)Largely, that is at your discretion. I do think one attempt is best, but you need to balance it with how big a hurry you are in to get pregnant, etc.

2)re Clomid, in this scenario you would need to immediately switch to SMEP if you go onto Clomid. Clomid + MFI means you don't ahve the luxury of trying to stick with one attempt and need to be in wiht best odds of conception straight away.

I would BD every other day through your fertile period on clomid, try to get 2 deposits in your fertile period.

I really can't take forever to get pregnant. 1) I have an extremely low AMH of .03 so I don't have many fertile years left and I am already 34, and 2) if I can avoid spending $10k on IVF i would really like to. I know I can get pregnant despite my low AMH because I have been pregnant 4 times (2 miscarriages) but it certainly isn't helping me get pregnant

I would totally do SMEP. I know on paper it looks blue-friendly but it's absolutely possible to get girls on SMEP because so many people with fertility issues use it that many people tell me it sways pink (it's really the REASON why the people use SMEP - the fertility issues - and not SMEP itself, but the point is that people can and do get girls on it). It is the gold standard of getting pregnant.

SMEP is here Sperm Meets Egg Plan

I actually posted about this a while ago. Almost everyone I know who has done Deanna's plan has had a girl, one even had twin fraternal girls. I was wondering if it swayed or not. It is also what my RE recommends for couples to do when TTC.
