Just wondering if anyone has tried Teeccino before? I have been trying to find something to replace my morning coffee and I just picked up a bag today to try tomorrow. I guess it taste like coffee but is caffeine free and is way better for you

I think you are ok as long as you have one cup or less. I had coffee this morning amd my stomach has been acting funny since yesterday so I am paying for it now. Let us know if you try it and how it is

Is it just me or is anyone experiencing hot and cold at the same time. I haven't been able to sleep since sunday because my feet are always super hot but I am cold in my upper body its getting annoying and I need more than 3 hours of sleep

I thought I was too. The dh thought I had a.fever last night. As we speak my feet are freezing while im sitting here at work. Super weird but Im thinking it has to do with the extra blood we are pumping through our body

I get chills often. More frequently when I am nauseous. But it really does feel almost like getting sick. But, since its been happening for two months, I am pretty sure it pregnancy related I get hot flashes, but not as often as I am cold. Hubby laughs as he is sitting around in a t-shirt and shorts and I am wearing a sweatshirt, socks, and wrapped in a blanket!

Just had my dating scan, as expected my EDD has been put back, by a whole week! To 20.5.15. So I'm exactly 6 weeks today (& look like 6 months LOL).

Had my first cup of teeccino this morning. It was really good, I had a hazelnut flavor. So it is a good alternative to coffee, but cost more:-/ Through most of my pregnancies coffee doesn't even sound good, but at least I found a healthier option

I haven't made any appointment's yet. My midwife schedules blood work and an ultrasound at 9 weeks, then at 12 weeks I see her. I am contemplating lying about my dates so I can get my scan more like the 12 weeks mark. I will feel bad if I lie but I would really like a chance at getting a good nub shot but then I am nervous they wouldn't adjust my due date, I would be at least 2 weeks off!

*sigh* I wonder why some places do the first scan at around 8 weeks and some 12??

And Yes, my body can not decide if it wants to be cold or hot:-D

Here in NZ they won't even scan you for the 12 week scan before 12 weeks you have to be between 12 and 13. The dating scan is at about 8 weeks so very different purposes! I would lie , the 12 week scan is more important to me unless you have a history of miscarriage X good luck xx
