Woo hoo, congrats Spicy!
Fx for Lola, Layla, Alexis, everybody who is testing soon!
Af is here full force for me, ugh, but with school starting up next week I'm hoping August will be a better month for me because I will have something to keep me busy besides obsessing over swaying and such.

I'm 10dpo today. I will be testing in the morning with a FRER. I am so nervous! I want it so bad, but I feel like it won't come
I have some signs and then I don't have signs. I could chalk them all up to AF or pregnancy. That's the part I hate about it. Every single time we ttc, I get all these ips, when I NEVER have before. I never get pms, until AF is actually already here. But noooo.....my body whacks out when we start ttc!!! Ugh!

Af came for me. I am feeling good about it though. I am changing strategy and going on the French GD. I read everything and I think it works and there is a lot of good and real science behind it. I think 3-6 months is all that I can give it, if it does not work then I am dumping swaying and going back to my girly friendly diet which brought me lots of fertility and only girlls.
I bought myself french earl gray tea and green tea to celebrate.
Daisy so sorry about af I really thought you had hope. Alexis I think this is your month tooDon't worry about signs all of mine were obviously PMS and bad too.

Yep avoiding junk food is best bet. The protein + carb at each meal is still good advice for pregnancy. If you can aim for low GI carbs at each meal and snack that would be great. The low GI diet is mainly an Australian discovery (I swear we are so smart :-) and is great for any time including pregnancy. Dieticians are not too expensive, you can get some money back if you have private health insurance. GL I am so excited for you and your partner to get pregnant the way you did. I can't remember is IVF still not allowed for same sex couples in NSW or is it allowed now?

It is allowed now but it's a longer process due to the use of donor sperm. There is a nation wide shortage of it so they're shipping it in from America. Then you have to go through counselling then a cooling off period. I'm glad it worked at home for us, the money we saved on IVF or IUI will go into the baby bank account
I just went shopping and bought lots of fruit, veggies and health food snacks so i will see how i go!
Thanks Layla
