    OH no, I"m so sorry.

Can you give me a brief recap of everything you are doing and taking to sway and also your diet? I want to be sure that you are getting an adequate supply of nutrients to sustain a pregnancy.

Thanks atomic! That's so kind of you!

This is the latest.. (Had a vaginal ultrasound two days ago, 8 weeks and 3 days)

-Still too small, but we saw the heart beat.

This is so freaking hard, i had a breakdown in the doctors office, i was (i am!) so sad! I was hoping this scan would give us more answers and take us from this horrible grey area. Now i have to wait another ten days! The growth from last week was nearly zero, but the doctor had a really hard time to get a good picture of the fetus and measuring it. (Last week at 7 weeks and 4 days the doctor was measuring the fetus 6 weeks and 0-1 days) Third time he even asked another doctor to come and double check, even this one thought it was difficult.*
The gestational sac looked bigger and i also thought the fetus proportions looked different, last week it was like one little heart, just a little dot with a big pulse, this time there was more than just this tiny little pulse, more body if you know what i mean. But still not the results we was hoping for.. You should see more now and not having this problems to get a good view. The doctor was measuring 5 mm, -waaay too small if it's a correct measuring..
Can't believe there's still a heart beat! This little bean is fighting, that's so heartbreaking when the odds is so so bad!

God. I think i'm doing myself a big favor to not thinking myself pregnant anymore..

    To answer your question Atomic,
I'm eating folic acid, vitamin d, omega 3 and baby aspirin. Beside this i'm also eating levaxin, 75 mkg. (I was eating all this when i was pregnant with my daughter too)

I wasn't swaying that hard before i went pregnant. I was eating pretty "normal" except a lots of dairies and some sweets now and then. (Now i haven't eaten candy since week 3 or 4 or something) No smoking ever and no alcohol in years! This pregnancy i'm craving bread and diet coke. Generally when i'm stressad or feeling very nervous i have terrible eating habits, no regularity at all and i eat more than i need.
Beside this my one year old daughter is keeping me busy all day long.

Ok let's talk about being "absolutely sure when you Oed". What method did you use to determine ovulation?

By far and away, the most likely explanation is that you just miscalculated ovulation. Miscarriage gets quite a bit less likely after seeing a heartbeat so that is actually a really good sign. I would stay hopeful and keep eating well and getting plenty of rest, and we will all be saying our that baby is happy and healthy and just came along a bit later than you think.

No. I'm charting my temperature and have done this for month! Also when we concived with our daughter and all the early ultrasounds with her was correct! I'm sure this time too when i O'd. :'(
Besides, nearly no growth at all in a whole week is just wrong.. That can't be good..! There is no good explanation for that?
I think the ultrasound next week will show that i'm not pregnant anymore.

    Atomic,

First scan 6 weeks and 4 days: Gestational sac was measuring 5 weeks and 5 days, nothing in the sac.
Second scan 7 weeks and 3 days: Fetus pole was measuring 6 weeks and 0-1 days.
Third scan 8 weeks and 3 days: Fetus pole was measuring 6 weeks and 1 day (5 mm)

    So wrong. :'(

These very early scans, the techs cannot be relied upon to get them right.

It may very well be the case that the pg is not viable. I"m not trying to give you false hope. But I hate to see you tearing yourself up over something that may work out. It is not superlikely that a heartbeat would still be seen and the baby only grow 0-1 day in a week. I think it's equally if not more likely that one or the other of those measurements was wrong. This issue was studied and found that mistakes on these early ultrasounds are VERY common and are leading to pregnancies being wrongfully terminated Some miscarriage tests 'unreliable' - Health News - Health & Families - The Independent

I don't think temping is always reliable either.
