Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

A complete change in diet for me! I am usually a high protein low carb, graze all day kind of eater. As well as eating a lot of eggs and high sodium in my diet too. I tried to hold off eating breakfast as long as I could, which was tough. It's my favourite meal of the day! I cut out all meats and poultry too.

DH went complete vegetarian and cut back on potassium and sodium too.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

I had a few cups of coffee a day as I normally do. I wasn't a coffee drinker when I had both of my boys so that was actually different for me. I was quite strict with myself on the diet and I lost 3kgs in 5 weeks. I'm on the smaller side as it is so that was quite a bit for me. I know I did everything I could in regard to diet.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

DH is usually such a big meat eater, so hoping that his diet changes as well as mine have helped our sway. DH was really good through it all.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I started diet at 63kg - 21BMI and by O I was down to 60kg - 20BMI

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I usually play netball and other competitive sports. I stopped playing while we were TTC as I was worried about testosterone levels.

We only did the sway for the 5 weeks, but we did it quite full on. I know we did all we could. It's in God's hands and we will be happy with a healthy baby at the end of this. A girl would be such a bonus.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

We were really strict with diet.
Only made two attempts and with very shallow penetration (sorry tmi lol).
DH had quite a few alcoholic beverages before one of the attempts.
What a massive diet change it was for both of us.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

That we didn't diet for very long before falling pregnant.
That we had started sway in Feb without success then waited until now to try again, but my lowest weight was actually when I dieted in Feb/March.

Things worth mentioning:

Hoping we've done enough. I am going to be so nervous waiting to find out if we have a little girl! Thanks so much Atomic for all your help.
