I thought rephresh was the sure fire way of ensuring I would conceive a girl. I was looking at the LE diet and I normally have about 90-120 g of protein a day which seems like a lot looking at the diet. Would doing the diet for a month prior to conception be enough to sway girl. I already eat a low amount of calories and but I always need the high amounts of protein so I do not feel hungry.

our numbers are clearly showing the RepHresh is not helping.

The reason why it's called "low everything" is because it's lower in fat, protein, and calories. Lowering calories may help sway pink but not as much as lowering everything is.

I allowed myself up to 60g protein a day on LE. It's easier than you think when you get started

I will give it a go! I hope it works! I would love to have another baby girl but I have been completely stressed cause I cannot stop thinking about my desire for twins so bad. If i have a singleton I will be happy but I am obsessed with the idea of having twins.

Twins are cute. But most people fail to realize how dangerous it is to have twins. They are often born prematurely and sometimes there are lasting effects. I love my twins, but I am still dealing with post traumatic stress from my pregnancy, their delivery, and NICU stay. I won't go in to details, but please be thankful for a singleton. There are so many complications that can arise with twins that many people don't think about. When they think of twins they think of cute matching outfits and a "twin bond". They don't think of NICU stays, cerebral palsey, IUGR, TTTS, and even infant death.
    One perfect born 7/11.

With both my pregnancies I was hoping to conceive twins and was never disappointed when I found out I was only having one. This will be my last pregnancy and ideally I would love four kids but timing wise I can only have one more pregnancy. I understand that their are many risks and complication and I still cannot fight my desire. Its been a burning desire that atleast one of my pregnancies were a twin. I have read about the risks to try to stop the desire but it just so strong. Maybe its a clairvoyance into my future pregnancy. But again whatever I am blessed with I will be more than happy! I believe that people are only blessed with what they can handle. Power to you for being a strong mama.

I believed the 'you only get what you can handle phrase' and then I had twins! With an older child and not much help I did get post natal depression because I just couldn't do it all. In saying that though they are almost 2.5 and life is alot easier. I love having twins, they are so amazing and their unique bond melts my heart. The heart wants what it wants and if you do get twins then I hope all goes well for you. Goodluck on your sway. Mine are identical and I had a cold when I conceived. Also I had had a MC 4 months before, not sure if any of those things affected it. I had awful OV pain that month too. They are in mine and DPs family and were due to crop again so it could have been that too. Or if you talk to my DP he will tell you his super sperm split the egg in two!
    DPs sons 21 +13 11 + our 6 4 year old identical twins!

I might actually be over my deep yearning for a and it's an exciting feeling

Please please please take the risks seriously. "God only gives you what you can handle" sounds fine on paper but it's different when one or both babies does not make it or has a serious disability.

I never thought twins were a big deal at all but I have seen SO many sad stories over the past 6 years that I have completely changed my mind. It's fine if you are going in fully informed but no one wants to believe it can happen to them.

Thanks for all the advice and suggestions. My heart still desires twins. I will be happy with whatever I get. I can say that I am prepared for the complications that can come with twins but I know that isn't true until I am actually in the situation. I cant help to feel the way I do and if I get pregnant with twins than whatever comes with it I will have to deal with it wheb the time comes.
