Hello all I have come across a well woman vitamin and supplement which sounds fab for a boy swayer. Includes vitamin D3, folic acid, evening primrose fish oil and other omega goodness too. It's a general women's multivitamin so doesn't include larginine.
But I'm no expert so I have added the table of vitamins here for you all to see. And of course to see what all you ladies think of this vitamin.
Is this a good vitamin on a boy sway?
Are there things included in this that boy swayer should not be taking?

Thanks for sharing! The problems I see with this supplement is that firstly it has the EPO right in it and when you are actively TTC, the EPO needs to be stopped at or right before ovulation (so since it's all in one there's no way to do that) and also the very high megadoses of B vitamins which may really mess up your cycle. I personally would not recommend those ones, preferring that you gals stick with 100% DMV and not very high doses of any nutrient.

The Centrum is better because the other has megadoses. NO MEGADOSES. 100% DMV on everything except folic and D is best

It's fine to get SOME of those B vitamins, just that we have had bad results with the megadoses. 100% recommended value of everything but Vit. D is what to look for.
If you post a pic of the ingredients or tell me the name of the product I will check it for you.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
