You have to drink alot of lemon water. Avoid Soda pops, I took fertile cm and green tea(read the label mine has lemon in it certain ones dry you up) I take the green tea only after lunch.
This cycle I didnt take anything but wheatgrass and I got alot of fertilecm. just having a hard time pinpointing ovulation though. Hope that helps.

I personally think fertile CM dries up CM for about half of everyone who uses it and I do not recommend it at all. It also really delays ovulation.

For me, fish oil, lots of fluids-esp juice, and green tea can make it really come. I never had ewcm with my first daughter and it's probably because I didn't do these above things. When I sway, I had SO much.
