Thanks for your support, ladies!
swish - I think I'm going to drop the Rephresh and the Sylk on our next attempt. I think in the grand scheme of sway factors, they are the least important. I'm going to focus on diet, frequent BD, supplements and antihistamines. Oh, and I'm planning to have pizza tonight too! I found a recipe for sodium-free pizza crust and am making it right now. I'm going to use low sodium tomato sauce, a bit of low fat cheese and a few veggies. I've already worked out the nutritional details, and I can have half a pizza and still stay within the guidelines. Woooo hooo! I think I may actually make the recipe into 4 individual pizzas (it is supposed to make 2 big pizzas) and freeze them so I have easy, tasty supper options in the future.

For me...I get a + opk one day with SHOW, the next day the opk is the darkest and I still have SHOW(this is when I had a huge temp dip on this last chart and mega cramps on my left side). The next am I had a 1 degree F temp jump with SHOW all day long. My opk went from +(equal colour to test line- so fade out) to - by 5pm. My cervix stayed SHOW until the next day. So, I seem to stay SHOW for the entire day following O. HTH!!
^^^ I think that's a great idea MochaAnd the pizza is a great food idea! I'm writing it down for future use
AFM- I'm basically off the diet nowI went to a wedding rehearsal, a wedding and a meet and greet this weekend...so all in all, 3 days of eating
I'm back up 2 lbs.....and I don't even care. Maybe once I know for sure that our oops didn't result in a pregnancy I'll feel a bit better. Right now I feel really down. Anyway, enough about my sob story....LOL
And Swish- no symptoms other than things that seemed to happen last cycle which turned out to be nothing. I have round ligament pains when I stretch in the am...which is weird but I'm not thinking it's anything at 6dpo. Other than that and a few twinges in my uterus....pretty much nada. I do have a good feeling that I'm not pregnant but I'm afraid to feel confident about it...don't want to get my hopes up that I can still go to this conference. ~sigh~ Feels very weird to NOT want to be pregnant....Thanks for asking about meCrunchy Mama to 3 rambunctious boys~'06 :bike: '08

Hello everyone
(((HUGS))) to you Mochagirl!! Hang in there!! I am so sorry you are feeling down!! I think that ttc is such a rollercoaster ride with so many highs and lows.... you can do it!I was feeling so down after my 8 day luteal phase that I cheated really bad on the diet... ugh!!! I am still 6 weeks from my first attempt now that I can't see my OB until Aug 10th.. seems like FOREVER away!!
I love seeing everyone's sways all listed together!!!
swish ~ yummy!! the pizza sounds soooo good!!
zanacal ~ ok this may seem like the dumbest question ..... why do we want to dry up all the EWCM? Ugh... I feel like an idiot! lol... is because of the PH? If we are using rephresh doesn't that change anything it comes in contact with to a low ph? I planned on using zyrtec one day for my attempt and I must admit that I am not sure why.. ugh!
I asked this in a thread... but I have a question for all of you.
I weigh 108.. I have lost 8 pounds so far with 6 weeks or so to go until our attempt. I am concerned about losing more weight... do I cheat a little to gain some back? What would you do?
Have a great day everyone!

Hi happy heart, alot of us have had big problems with weight loss, my advice would be don't gain any now but eat enough to maintain your current weight, I know this is easier than it sounds, I always eat a large dinner (double portion of pasta, rice etc.). I really wish I'd eaten more in the beginning as now I have a bmi of 18.2 which is really underweight but I'm reluctant to put on weight as my body will think times are good again! In reference to drying cm, I think more helps the spermies on their way and therefore results in more sperm and that means more boys - please anyone correct me if this is totally wrong!!!

It's just another way to lower sperm count - lots of EWCM helps lots of the little fellas to survive and make it to the egg and less sperm is what sways pink. The blue swayers do the opposite and take supplements and eat foods to increase/improve their EWCM.
There are a few pink swayers in a similar position with weight loss and I'm sure they'll have some advice - I'm much 'bigger boned' so I'm afraid I'm no help there2005

We had to have a little bit of pizza tonight too!!
I think you are right... I will try my best to stay at this weight.
zanacal ~ thank you for the explaination!Does something like sylk do the same thing for the boys? I was thinking of adding that to my sway.
Thank you again!!

Hey ladies - I'm feeling a lot better today. I think I can manage another month on this diet if I take a more easygoing approach to it and let myself go over 40g of protein once in a while. I'm also going to allow myself the occasional treat if I go out for supper, for instance.
AF is due tomorrow, and I'll feel better once she's here and I can officially move into the next cycle. CD1 feels like a new beginning, and it makes me feel better to know I'll be back in the 2WW in 2 weeks.
I've even started to see the positive about having 3 May birthdays. My Mom always visits from out of town on my twins' birthday anyway, so she'll already be here to help out if I go into labour around then (we have no family in town, so we rely on her coming to visit to watch the kids while I'm in labour), and even if I'm at the hospital on their actual birthday, she'll be able to make it special for them since she's pretty much their favourite person in the world after dh and me. I'll make sure to schedule their birthday party a couple of weeks before their actual birthday so that won't be cancelled.
May is a nice time to have a birthday - it's finally warm enough for an outside birthday party, and a baby is a nice way to start off spring/summer.

I forgot to mention I'm going to give myself some retail therapy tomorrow night - I'm going out to buy some Size 0 clothes to get me through the next month.

I'm so happy to hear you sounding positive mochagirl
I'm pleased too because the EWCM I had on CD9 has virtually disappeared. Last month it resulted in me ovulating on CD13 but I took an OPK today (CD12) and it was negative. I'm happy because I don't actually want a regular cycle because that's what I had when I conceived the boys!2005
