Colleagues at work commented on my major weight loss today!

Was hauled into the clerical office at work today buy the office staff as they wanted to tell me they think I am getting too skinny! Never heard that word used about me in my life! I went and asked another colleague if she agreed and she said no, that I just looked great! I am definitely much trimmer but I checked my BMI and I could still lose another stone and be in the healthy category! Anyway the diet and exercise is clearly doing what it is meant to do! We are ttc end of Nov so hopefully it works quickly and so I don't lose too much more!
Thinking if not I will have to up my calories a bit as don't want to give up on the exercise! What is everyone else doing if getting to weight they don't want to drop below? xx

For me, BMI of 18-19 is heavy amd my whole life people have told me I am too skinny. It's just jealousy.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Keep the faith... How long have u been on le? If y don't have much more weight to spare..I'd suggest slowing down the weight loss process somehow.

I started my le journey in Jan and by April.. Had lost a lot of weight..but did not conceive until June and ended up losing so Mich more. I could genuinely see the concern on everyone's face as I had never been that small before.

I disagree with maidenmother..I don't think it's always jealousy.. It really depends on ur body type and only u Will know if you've gone too far or not

People are always telling me I'm too thin when I lose any weight at all. Even if my BMI is above normal. Sometimes I do think it's jealousy, other times I think it is because some of us have odd weight distributions that make us look thinner than we really are. I lose tons of weight on top first but my a$$ stays ginourmous so I will be wearing extra small tops and then large bottoms and still be overweight by the scale, but people think I have anorexia or something LOL

I am really tall, 6 feet, and my BMI has never gone below 20. My whole life people have commented on my weight, and I always insist I am well within the normal range, it's the distribution that throws people off, lol. Honestly just a pair of slim black pants and a drapey shirt make me look supermodel thin! It's all about perception.

I agree distribution/body type/height etc play a big role in how thin you appear. I have very long slender limbs, small breasts but plenty of stomach fat, ass & hips even at my thinnest. My limbs throw people off but even at my heaviest they are sticks.

I've been keeping in the 17-18 BMI range while actively swaying and don't lose much weight and certainly not quickly on the LE. After 2 months on it I seem to hold steady at a weight which is normal for me. If your body fat percentage is still within healthy range then I wouldn't worry. Bc I have high body fat %, even at a BMI of 14 I didn't lose O. Not that I recommend that!

people actually get kinda mad about it which is why I do think there is some jealousy involved - not always, but sometimes. People get really annoyed with me because I've had 5 kids and am still thinnish on top anyway, but it's like "do you know how much work is involved in having 5 kids"? It's like a bootcamp workout all day every day!
