I know this probably wont help at all but the only thing that I could eat with my girls comfortably during early pregnancy was pizza. Don't ask me why!

I used to take ginger buiscuits to bed and nibble on them before getting up, ginger beer, or coke and lemonade helped. Eating little and often I had terrible morning sickness all day and lasted till 25 weeks stopped for abit then came back!! I had hypnotherapy but not sure it worked but felt desperate. I had it far worse with my girl than boy. Fx u get ur girl x

things that contain ginger and sour candies help people. I used Preggie pop drops my last pregnancy and I just ordered some for this time as well as "tummy drops". Im in the same boat as you I feel like I am nauseated all the time unless I eat. I dont eat big meals right not just several small ones throughout the day even if just a granola bar or an apple. Smoothies help settle my stomach too. The second I digest though I am back to feeling like I will puke!

Stick to higher protein and less carbs. I think it helped this last time. I also have taken diclectin each pregnancy. Only 1 at night for the last 2/3 of pregnancy to keep the nausea at bay. I also ate Granny Smith apples, chewed gum and sucked on holly ranchers. A weird thing that I felt really helped was iced coffee. Just did instant coffee with milk and lots of ice, drank with a straw and somehow it made it a bit better.

Unisom right before I went to sleep kept me nausea-free throughout half of the next day. So from about mid afternoon-bedtime was a disaster, but it worked for about 18 hours
