I've tried to be a strict as possible but found it hard to start with to cut out meat, olives, avocardo's so slowly cut back. For the last 3 months I have not eaten them (apart from a small serving of chicken once a week) and stick to coffee in the morning, have toasted tea cakes/soup/crumpets/light cheese spread sandwich for lunch. Then for dinner I will eat sweet potato with a filling/stir fry/a rice based dish/pizza (a weekend treat)/basically lots of carbs and veg.
The snacking is difficult for me around 4pm I am just so used to eating crisps or nuts it takes a lot of willpower to not eat it!!! Still a working progress on that one if I'm honest.
I'm not exercising as I can only give enough time to moderate exercise which sways blue. I'm not really a couch potato (wish I could be sometimes) but always running around doing errands, housework, or playing with my boys so I'm not sure how that affects things either!?
Good luck to the mummies waiting to test...very positive symptoms by the sounds of things!
Gosh sorry for the Long post lol!

Ugee - Taking notes from you on ideas for what I should eat. Thanks!
Grace - We're cycle buddies! I'm 10dpo today, but my cycle is usually 12 so I'm expecting af in a couple of days.
My update - BFN this morning. Breasts are still sore and I felt nauseous after breakfast. Trying to stay busy and keep my mind off of it, so today I'm planning to wrap Christmas gifts. Tomorrow we'll bake cookies.2011 early m/c,

I've just got a positive opk!!! (1st month using opk and it's always been faint 2nd line and now 'boom' it's darker than the other line)
Sageviolet-no probs it's a bit boring but I'm used to eating them now. I try to make sure I eat enough tho as worried about not ovulating or not being healthy enough to keep a sticky bean! I also drink a glass of coconut water a day for potassiumDS12011 DS2

Strange have had cramps all day today. Like AF on way but FAR too early! I reckon I am only 3DPO so far too early for any symptoms. Definitely cramp though. Mmm strange!!

Hi everyone! I'd like to join as we are currently TTC#2 and hoping for a girl!! We are just hopping on the sway bandwagon (so neat!), so I am doing some swaying, not full out everything just yet. I am supposed to O on Friday, so hoping for a BFP for Christmas!!!
Nice to meet everyone!
