SageViolet-
Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries, Kashi blueberry cluster cereal, or blueberry waffles (I love blueberries...I miss them!)
Snacks: Banana, kasha dark chocolate cherry granola bars, Luna chocolate chip cookie dough protein bars, grapes, or a protein shake. For dessert after dinner I LOVED 1/4 cup cooked rolled oats with 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips melted with 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract! It may not sound good, but try it- it's yummy! I loved walnuts with raisins too. I also had a square or two of Lindt 85% dark chocolate a day.
Lunch: turkey sandwich with Colby jack cheese and veggies with potato chips or leftovers from the night before.
Dinner: chicken or red meat of some sort. I loved steak fajitas, chicken tacos, lasagna, beef and noodles, or pot roast with potatoes and carrots. We ate a lot of broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, and potatoes.
I always had breakfast within an hour of waking, a small snack before lunch, lunch, a small snack before dinner, dinner, and a small snack before bed.
If this is hard to do, try eating smaller portions at meal times. I always ate in small portions for meals, but I ALWAYS snacked in between. I think that is why I never struggled with the LE diet- I never ate a lot in one sitting.
GL! Hope this helps! Let me know if you need more ideas. I was never over weight, 125-135lbs BMI 21-21.6

Sageviolet, eat nuts all day long and put extra cheese on everything
I am spotting this morning. I actually had some really bad cramping/sharp pain last night that woke me from my sleep. If I continue to bleed I will guess this is af. Who knows if I ovulated or not:-/ I have only gone about 3 days now without bleeding or spotting. So much for catching the first egg.......
Essnce, have you been able to talk DH into any attempt? This time last year my DH was completely against another child. It took him a while but he did come around

Thanks for the ideas, XX and Queen! Hmm, breakfast within an hour of waking? I don't see that happening. Maybe I need to figure out a pre-breakfast snack, lol! I can definitely do more cheese on everything, I love dairy. Nuts, I'm not so nuts about (except chestnuts), but that would be something quick. I will try oatmeal again, but it doesn't always agree with me. I'm gluten-free (and chocolate-free if you can believe such women exist, lol!)
I'm having some spotting, so I think af is starting. So I wouldn't be so bummed this time, I made a list of fun stuff to do when af arrived!2011 early m/c,

Hi sageviolet, sorry to hear your temp dropped!
Tips on snacks: nuts, varied range too! I ate a banana every morning for my mid morning snack.
Breakfast: porridge (almond milk) with at agarve nectar and jojoba fruit sprinkled on top. Or peanut butter on toast (sometimes Nutella) cereal of choice if in rush.
Lunch:. Hearty vegetable soup/ tomato soup/ avocado on toast with a dash of balsamic vinegar (I miss this so much) /tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic vinegar/ ham and mayomustard sandwich/ olives and sun dried tomatoes with a salad and couscous. Peanut butter sandwich with banana sliced (try it b4 diss it)
Dinner: lasagne!!!! / spaghetti bolognasse/ chicken fajitas/ curry/ chicken salad with avocado and olives thrown in/ jacket potatoes with cheese and coleslaw/ risotto!!! (God I miss my food lol) roasts every Sunday and pancakes with maple syrup and fruit on Sunday morning (family thing)
Just because: crisps and salted nuts with wine/mulled wine from Thursday to Sunday in the festive season build up.
I would say I ate a high good fat diet. I would cook with coconut oil mainly and olive oil sometimes depending on dish of the day.DS12011 DS2

December 2WW
I am now officially in the 2ww! We had our attempt last night, and I will either O today or tomorrow! I always get excited every month and hope to get a BFP this time. I won't be surprised if it takes a couple more months though. My hormones may need more time to balance out.
FX ladies that we will FINALLY get our much desired BFP!

I just realized that since I will O later than usual, AF is not slated to come until the 20th or the 21st! I will wait to test until I am sure AF is late, since I had a chemical last cycle.
GL ladies!
